Faculty Exit Interviews
Exit interviews provide additional data to help us understand the campus climate, what motivates faculty to leave – or stay, and how we can enhance faculty work experience and better meet faculty needs.
Once we have notice of ranked faculty who are terminating their employment, we invite them to complete a web-based exit interview. Any faculty member who would like to arrange a face-to-face exit interview may contact the Equity Office to make arrangements.
