UM on-line sexual harassment training
All MU employees (faculty, staff, and students) are urged to participate in the training, designed to educate employees about what sexual harassment is and how it affects the workplace.
There are different versions of the program for supervisors and non-supervisors, faculty, students, and medical employees. You must score 80% to pass the Mastery Test, but you can take the test as many times as you need to.
Human Resource Services, MU Equity, and MU Extension may still provide in-person sexual harassment prevention programs on request.
Directions to the on-line program
- Go to MIS Web Apps at https://webapps.umsystem.edu/
- Click on Web Applications and log in with your User ID and Password
- Select the link labeled “Human Resources Training”
- Click on “Preventing Sexual Harassment” to commence the training.
- After reading the Chancellor’s letter select “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
- On the page labeled “Preventing Sexual Harassment,” select the version of the training module that is applicable to your relationship to the University (e.g., Faculty, Supervisory (staff), Non-supervisory, etc.)
- Follow the directions in the training module to move through the entire module.
- Complete the Mastery Test. You must score 80% to pass the test. You may re-take the test as many times as needed to master the information
- Once your test score is 80 percent or above, please complete your personal information located at the end of the test and click the button below to create the certificate and record your results. The certificate should be printed and kept as part of your personal records.
