Healthy Relationships

ShowMe Healthy Relationships (SMHR) is a project funded by the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families. It is a partnership between the University of Missouri Department of Human Development and Family Science and two Community Family Agencies who have come together to help singles have happy and healthy relationships.

  • SMHR offers a free 8-week course that meets weekly for two hours. It is available to single/uncommitted adults in Missouri who would like to learn more about healthy relationships, covering topics such as safety in relationships, communication, decision making, and conflict resolution.
